The Disability Rights Enforcement, Education, Services presents training for people with disabilities and supporters of disability rights. Participants will learn the basics of universal design and what is legal and illegal in building construction. Rick Sarantschin, a leading investigator of ADA violations will conduct the training on Wednesday, November 10, 2004 from 11am-3pm at the Hall of Health at 2230 Shattuck Avenue, Berkeley, CA (one block from the Berkeley BART station and the pay parking lot on Addison). Registration includes lunch. $25-45. Free to people in hard times and attendants accompanying employer. RSVP by 11/1/04. Please wear no scented products.
