On Saturday, May 21st, the neighborhood will hold its 3rd Annual Effortless Garage Sale on Del Ganado Road, Bamboo Terrace and Patricia Way in Terra Linda organized and advertised by neighbor, Carolyn Lenert of Coldwell Banker. You can pledge a percentage or fixed amount; you can hold the garage sale in your driveway or drop off your items. The funds raised are tax-deductible and will go to Recreate The Creek and may include the purchase of a Santa Margarita Neighborhood "reader" board for local events.
